Have a relaxing spa day at home
You don’t always have to go to a professional to have a relaxing spa day. During this pandemic, nothing can be more relaxing than a spa day at home.
Benefits of a spa day
There are some extremely great benefits.
Stress relieving
Quality sleep
Makes you happy

Get cozy
A spa day is impossible without getting into some comfy clothes. I also like to turn on my diffuser. The sweet smell filling my nostrils is just heavenly.

Steam
Steaming helps to open your pores and softens blackheads. It also improves blood circulation. Steaming always makes my skin feel healthier.

Face Mask
There are thousands of face mask options out there in the market, but nothing can beat a homemade mask. You can use any of your favorite ingredients to make a mask.
Here are some ideas
Yogurt and honey
Multani Mitti (fullers earth Clay) and rose water
Yogurt and oatmeal
Turmeric and aloe vera

Scrub
Using a face scrub really helps to wash out all the dirt particles.
Here are some scrubs you can make at home
Banana, honey and oatmeal
Yogurt, turmeric, and rice powder
Honey and sugar

Facial massage
I just love massages. Massaging my face relieves me from stress. Massaging helps improve blood circulation and greatly contributes to mental health.
Gently press the tip of your eyebrows an move it outwards along your forehead. Make sure to not press too hard.
Press your temples gently with two fingers and move in circular motion.
In a C-shaped motion, massage carefully below your eyes.
Brush your hair
Yes, we all brush our hair or maybe most of us do. But brushing your hair with oil improves hair health and blood circulation. I like to apply some coconut oil with one vitamin E capsule onto my palms. Apply this to your scalp and gently massage by moving in circular motions. Then brush your hair. This helps to spread the oil evenly and is extremely soothing.
I hope you found these steps easy. But remember that the most important thing is to have fun. #PragyaShashidharan #SpaDayAtHome
